  Great value for the burger and chips combo. It’s rare that I can’t finish the average menu item burgers due to their size unless it’s something renowned like Chur Burger. Also – and perhaps I’m in the minority here – but I actually also enjoyed the casino vibe…even if you’re not gambling, there’s really nothing else in Sydney like it, and you can’t help but be amazed at all the stuff that’s going on around you.

  Fuel bar is located in the sports bar of star casino, HUGE BIG SCREEN TV’S plenty of seating and fast service.Food was great i ordered char grilled scotch fillet with jus and onion rings (fries on the side of coarse) my girlfriend ordered the nachos grande it was massive!! But tasty:) overall a good night out and will definitely be back!

  Red Hot Monday Special.They offering On Monday for $12.5220 gram Rib Eye, served with calamari rings chips and herb jus.That’s so cheap…. on this planet and beyond other galaxy!I’m telling you it’s worth the price your paying.I know this is grass fed beef, but Rib Eye?? Well, you can’t complaint about meat quality.. and frankly, the meat taste all right for me, not so bad!Calamari they use is the frozen Crumbed calamari you can find in any supermarket seafood freezer section.The jus, was a little runny, came from Maggie Beef Jus Lie packs. They do put a little effort with scenting the jus with some fresh herbs.Star management must so desperate getting all the gambler to play in the house, and subsidy the cost to attract attention.Bloody good marketing, for sure!The rest of the food, you will pay full price.Chicken wings for example, 6 pieces for $ 13, 12 pieces for $22.Pork Ribs, kg for $30, and full ribs for $50.Coffee, on the other hand.. coat you only $1.50 with your star membership card.Not bad for $12.50 meal
