Ordered Ubereats from this place. I love how I live so close to the fish markets so I can always order fresh seafood! The food here was pretty yummy and very fresh. I liked the batter they put on the calamari rings and the fish. I thought it would not be good but surprisingly worked well – was very light and seafood really fresh. The fish was especially nice – you could tell it was a fresh catch. Would recommend getting your seafood from this joint.

I always get the usual here – sashimi salmon, kingfish, tuna and scallop. I occasionally get their squid tentacles, swordfish and snapper which are also great! Their eel isnt very good though…

Came around 9 yet the calamari is not even ready. They staff said to wait around 15mins. After that still not even ready and had to wait for another 10mins. A big down for the service. 2/5 for the serviceHowever the wait is really worth it! 4/5 for the dish even a bit hard to eat soooooooooo rich in flavour tho!

@SydneyFishMarket (SFM), opened at its current location at Blackwattle Bay in 1966, is the largest seafood market in the Southern Hemisphere and the third largest in terms of variety in the world . SFM sources products both nationally and internationally and trades over 13,500 tonnes of seafood annually – with ~100 species everyday. We definitely went all out and donated quite a bit of money to Peter’s . Everytime we come here we stuff ourselves with all the sashimi that we can get. Have you ever had raw scampi ? Omg it is the sweetest raw thing I have ever eaten ! The flesh is soft, firm and juicy, you can definitely taste the ocean! Scallop used to be my favourite thing to eat raw but it’s now humbly moved down to second place.Salmon, tuna and kingfish are all super fresh although they’re sliced a bit too thinly. Abalone is great with its sweet, firm flesh but we could have done with just one to share. Sea urchin is our least favourite, not the freshest, and I don’t like the fact that rice underneath has been sitting on ice so it’s become hard. Pure sea urchin with just a squeeze of lemon is still the way to go! instagram.com

All the seafoods are fresh. The salmon, lobster, calamari and scallop are totally fresh. If you come to peters seafood, i would recommend you to try the lobsters and the cheesy scallops. The taste are very delicious!

Sydney Fish Market, the name tell you all about Seafoods. There are about 5-6 stores inside the market operated with plenty of table and chairs both indoor and outdoor. The markets is always busy and you might be allured with freshly seafood presentation , the salty smells of marine , the aroma of grilled n cheesy food and combines with vibrant vibe of market. This time I tried Peters Seafood, which was attractive me by the massive display of their fresh products. Staffs were friendly at time on approach. Grabs a dozen of The Rock Oysters and a must to go The Aburi Scallops. Oysters absolutely goodness but abit salty, the scallops were tasty combined with the greasy melting cheese and savoury tobikos. You cant get away to their sashimi stall, very attractive that led I and my sis to get some salmon and tuna and urchins. Salmon definitely amazing and delectable , urchins was on points but the tuna was abit down for me compared to the price. However, it was a good foody experience to me in Sydney Fish Market and Peter Seafood. Abit pricey but worth your taste for freshly seafood.
