    This bakery has so much going for it and so much it could improve. The baked goods are fantastic, high quality and made with care. The staff are friendly and very willing. The difficulty is the organisation. They need someone to come in and organise them. The process of ordering and making coffees and toasted sandwiches leads to confusion and delays. They are on the pricey side too, but it is certainly quality without doubt.

    I wandered into Pioik today as they were celebrating their 2nd birthday, definitely something to be proud of in the crowded super competitive Sydney market. I came quite late and there wasn’t a lot left so I just had a coffee, which was actually really good. They have seating both inside and outside, with an inviting assortment of options.     Carb heaven. Not really a sit down and eat place but definitely a grab a coffee and great pastry to go place. QUALITY FOOD RIGHT HERE. They also had soup for lunch for awhile and it was to die for.
