Appalling service. We waited an hour for our food, which was incorrect when it arrived and we were not offered any free drinks or apologies for our time lost. One of the worst pubs I’ve ever been to. If you want staff that forget your food, don’t care and serve warm beer this is your perfect venue.
Wow what a choice of craft beers. Was here for a few nights during craft beer week. Lots of people all the times I was there. A little dark could use a little more light ion the tall menu behind the bar showing price and alcohol content. Good service and informative and able to taste before deciding.
Walked all the way from Chippendale to try the Sunday Roast only to be told that the oven broke last night! Yeah right! I know when I am being fed a load of BS.
The customer service, the worst ever!!!.Was getting ignore, probably the fact that the bartender stereotyping people based on the race or colour. Took the wrong order, doesnt even bother to explain or fix, rubishh!! I got soo upset. On top of that, charged us the wrong price. We ended up paying more. Price was cearly stated in the menu. Well probably I was being served by the wrong people at the wrong time. The lady with long hair in the bar on Friday 4th March giving us such a look. Whatever! I ll take my business somewhere else.
