DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. We ordered a pizza and garlic bread on NYE at 2am and it was scheduled for arrival at 3:10am. The food came at 4:30am! We tried numerous times to call the restaurant to cancel the order or get a refund but the mailbox was full. Again we tried this morning but it was full. The food was awful and the dough tasted like play dough crossed with cardboard. There was also no goats cheese on our pizza even though there was meant to be. We contacted Menu Log this morning, who wasnt even able to contact the owner on his mobile for compensation. Ill be taking this to the Department or Fair Trading if we dont get a refund.

I was in a Sydney hotel for training and so hungry so I wanted food delivered for dinner.Used menu log and they time estimate was 1 hour but it came in 20 minutes and hot items were hot. I ordered pizza, cheesy garlic bread and Greek salad and it was all AMAZING! Down side is I didnt get a fork for my salad 🙂
Ordered from ubereats and this was how i received it.. ordered the small dieci pizza. When i received it i made a complaint to ubereats, however i thought i should give them a call and let them know what happened and i wasnt complaining to them at all. The person answering the call was really rude !!!! He said the small one only comes with 4 slices.. yes this is 4 slices but this is not even a proper round pizza portion. I didnt get to explain myself and he said okay bye thanks. Very rude.. didnt care at all. Not recommended.
They have amazingly large pizzas which are too good! The seafood pastas are also a must try with their house wines! No complaints at all 🙂 keep rocking guys!
Food Poisoning.I had the signature Darling Pizza (chicken and potato +) there last nite, 29May’17.Before we left I was throwing up in their toilets from food poisoning. I was VIOLENTLY throwing up all nite until around 3am, today was a right off.So much for the $11 Groupon deal .. how much would I have paid NOT to be so ill !!
After waiting for 2 hours, we never received our order, despite calling the pizza shop 2 times, both times getting confirmation of my address/phone number and that my pizza would arrive in 5 minutes. By this time it was past 4am and they closed. Our pizza never came. The following day, I called to complain to the manager, who lied to me about the driver buzzing my door and calling my phone, refused a refund, and yelled at me, before hanging up. Absolutely disgusting service. DISHONEST and LYING. Do not bother ordering delivery, because chances are your order will never arrive! Pathetic.
Had a groupon voucher for $19 (for 2 people) and decided to give this place in Pyrmont because a discount is a discount, despite the statistically imposing average of 2.4/5 based on 12 votes (a rather small sample size which justifies my choice for still giving the benefit of the doubt). The potato gnocchi was surprisingly very good (apologies for no photo here), despite the sub par level and overloaded spiciness of the darling special pizza.The service was rather poorer than I had expected, with not much genuine care for the customer, but it did not really phase me since uni students want to get in and get out asap. Would I recommend? Probably not, but only go if you have a groupon voucher of $19 (for 2 people).
