Quiet little, place with very friendly and energetic staff. Nice table tops of reclaimed wood.The piccolo isn’t strong. Instead its very velvety smooth with just the right amount of coffee flavour to make it nice. It could be a little stronger for my taste but it went down quick and well. The juices are delicious. We had the Feel Good Juice and you can tell its real fruit with the passion fruit seeds that come up with each sip.If you order the pulled brisket burger make sure you bring lots of wet wipes and napkins. Expect an explosion of meat juice and sauce on your first bite, followed by drips of pickles and jalapeno. Pro tip; eat your burger over the chips because the saucy, meat drippings are delicious! The maple bacon was smashing. I don’t know what season is on the chips but gawddamn there good!The Reuben is new perfect. It reminds me of the Reubens from the Newtown joint. The sandwich filling is very generous and perfectly portioned. Take it to the next level by asking for pickles on the Reuben!The food came out quick, the place is very clean and everything was well presented. Its a great little place.

I came here after a morning run at Dolly Point. It is a nice little cafe located at Ramsgate village centre. The house coffee is great and deserved the ‘speciality’ name. The menu is average so I chose Eggs Florentine. Taste is average but the service is exceptional despite the noise. I will come back again.
Best coffee in the area, gets busy but that’s because it’s so good! Sweets are a little pricey but they are delicious. Staff are very attentive l, service is prompt. Love Overdose cafe!
This is my regular cafe. The coffee is the best, by far, in the area. The service is great, the staff very welcoming. Great location being so close to the beach. Highly recommend
Exceptional coffee. The owner/main barista is super friendly, knows his stuff and brews a fine cup. He has a pretty cool collection of coffee tampers on display. Standard breakfast/lunch fodder, tastes great and reasonably priced. No issue with wait time. Will be back
I love the coffee here, it’s particularly great for the area. The service is super slow. For some reason I waited 40minutes for breakfast when I was the only person seated inside…worst of all was when the meal sat on the counter for a solid 10minutes so I enjoyed cold toast. Unsure why the chef doesn’t help with table service, he was sitting down doing nothing while my meal was sitting on the counter waiting for the guy who does table service. Seems to all fall on the one guy to take orders and do the tables.
