Yummy beers, I like the red ale and the spaten in fact all the beer here is good! For snacks they have a solid antipasti plate to share and a great Ruben toastie that will satisfy.Nice hipsterish atmosphere and doesn’t get too busy:)

Reasonably sized small bar with a good vibe. Toasties on the food menu which are actually quite delish. Enough space to move around even when it’s busy.

Listen. I loved the vibe. Laid back. Covered in fairy lights. Cool but not too cool. I don’t think there’s a lot of competition for a relaxed but hip bar in the area. And you know when you can’t trust your taste buds? Because I wasn’t crazy about the chardonnay I had, nor the pinot gris to follow (both ten bucks). But I don’t want to blame the bar, because I’m not sure if it was the wine… or me. On the other hand, the five dollar toastie was a pretty great savoury bar treat. andyquan.com

Cosy bar with great atmosphere. Been going to this bar for the last 2 years, Great atmosphere, friendly and unpretentious. Sometimes has folk and country gigs. Really nice courtyard out the back. Beers and toasties are cheap! what more can I say!
