A rustic couple run cafe in hipster redfern, it is quite popular with locals n regulars as attested by the crowd on weekends. This was a weekday visit. Omelette w spinach mushroom 3.75/5, generous filling, perfect fold, firm on the outside, creamy on inside. Always encouraging to see trad brekky items done well. The double macc was on point, none of the acidic bs. Shame it didnt come scalding hot as requested. Is all about making sure the vessel is hot to begin with. Service nothing exceptional as the barista had to double up as floor staff. I didnt get to try the baked goods which they apparently specialize in with the boss ladys own recipes.
