Eugh, where to begin. This place sums up what is wrong with the gentrification of Sydney. Where instagram-ability and furnishing comes before quality of food. I had been so eager and waiting to go to this place for over 6 months, and unfortunately made the decision to finally come when I was hungry. The place was jam packed and we had to wait to be seated, which is totally fine in my opinion. Im always happy to wait if its worth it. The super cool fit out, neon signs and bar stools made me so excited to finally try this place that when we ordered I almost ticked everything on the menu. Then the order came. Really, really disappointing fried rice which didnt have an ounce of flavour. The rice was underdone, veggies were out of a frozen packet and topped with a fried egg. The egg was the only half descent item and thankfully it was there, otherwise I wouldve starved. Next the dumplings. You are honestly better off buying a $4.95 packet of Har Gow from Coles, because that is what theyre serving. Each dish was such a disappointment and not worth paying your hard earned dosh for. If it werent for good staff, and a cool fit out, I wouldve given this place a minus 1 if I could. For the sake of the integrity of food, this place needs to send their Chef out to do some research of what Asian food should taste like, and what it represents.Go here for a beer. Not for the food. Big thumbs down for me.

Hip trendy dumpling bar, stopped by for some dumplings and alcoholic beverages. Dumplings were a little dry but loved the hip house music that was playing. Intimate vibes and a perfect date place.
Love this place. We ordered a variety of dumplings and all were fantastic. There was one small fail, where the soup dumplings unfortunately had no soup and were a bit dry. The rest were brilliant. And made even more enjoyable with a glass of lovely wine. A must try.
