I tried this place last night, and it is by far the best Gluten free pizza I have eated in Sydney. I could barely tell it was Gluten free, I had to double check with the owner.
Pizza is awsome, staff are even better. Stefano is a legend.Lots of options, you can change the toppings. It is a small joint, but that just adds to it.
The atmosphere is fantastic, and the pizzas are great! The bases are thicker than the usual Napoli style, but they are crispy and delicious. They have a couple of starters as well which are baked in the woodfired oven! It is small, so reserving a seat can be tough, but LOVE this place!
I was told that one of the most authentic pizzas you could find in Sydney was La Coppola and it is true! The pizzas are SUPERB! A beautiful small pizzaria with the most friendly staff and real Italian chef. You have a communal table if you want to sit there by the wood fire. There are also a couple of tables to eat outside!
Ordered delivery of two pizzas, and was pleasantly surprised. The Mt Etna pizza was delicious – made with hot salami, olives and fresh chilli. It would definitely taste better to eat the pizzas there instead of taking away or ordering delivery, but that goes without saying. sarahversuscarbs.com
Decided to try the pizza here after it was recommended to me. I was greeted by extra friendly staff. The pizza was made quickly in the wood fire stove. The base was crispy, if a little thick for my liking. The topping was traditional and delicious. A great local pizza place.
Wonderful! The food was fantastic, atmosphere cosy and loved that the chef came out chatted with us afterwards. Will be back! Looking forward to trying more things on the menu
