I ordered a home delivery for dinner through menulog. For starters I got the garlic bread, tapas I ordered the meatballs and char grilled octopus, mains I got the Seafood Paella. When it was delivered, something didn’t smell right. I had a couple of spoons of the paella and I realised it’s the squid that had a foul smell. I smelt it closely and it was off. It smelt like it came from the rubbish bin. I was furious so I called the restaurant to complain. The call kept cutting off so I rang back more than 7 times and was on the phone for 30 mins. Last call I was told that the manager had stepped out to call me back now. I waited for 15 mins with no call so I rang menulog and they offered me a refund. The next day my partner and I got sick from the food. The regulators need to do a thorough health check on this place.
