The Shiso Fine food truck was conveniently parked outside the Maker Space creative workshop during their third birthday celebration, and was obviously popular as all that was available towards the conclusion of the event was the gyoza. Two serves of pork and chive dumplings ($24) made for a nice appetiser.
I was delighted to see food trucks in Barangaroo, as I volunteered to be a backstage assistant at the One Fine Day Sydney event. What I had on two consecutive days were scrumptious. Their chicken was moist and cooked perfectly and the sauce was just to die for. The staff were kind and quick to serve. Prices of their food were midrange. Food truck food is a hit and miss for me but, this food truck hit me right on the sweet spot.
