This venue located on the top floor of Rhodes Waterside. It has modern and elegant decor.I came here to have a light meal and I chose Salt n Pepper Calamari from their larger share dishes option.The dish arrived pretty quickly and it was delicious (just a tiny bit too salty for my liking). Calamari was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I expected the portion to be bigger though as its supposed to be a large dish to share.
Came here after work with my team for dinner and drinks and we have left with mixed feelings. Staff are friendly but ordering our food and drinks seemed more difficult than it shouldve been. Order was wrong but staff were quick to fix it. We ordered one consultant pizza and one botanist pizza but they were lacking flavour. One upside to our experience was the haloumi chips which were delicious.
The food was very nice, while we did not have good experience tonight due to the poor customer service and I send the complaint to the email address provided in the last review as I did not want to post it here. I hope the management team can take it seriously as a restaurant is not just about food. You should also have standard customer service or at least respect them!
