I love the Macha cake as shown on the photo. It was my safe choice ;)To my taste it is not too sweet, the flavour of the Macha and the cream is so nice that you couldn’t stop one spoon after another. Customer service seems ok when visited the shop.

We tried macha and black sesame ice cream but they lack flavour. Doesnt worth even the half of what we paid. Sundae doesnt looks like what was show on menu, even ingredients are different.

First time and last time here. Absolutely by far the worst dessert Ive had so far in Sydney. I ordered a few different items on the menu, in hope to give them a chance to redeem but just gets worse and worse.1. Gelato – taro flavour was ok. However the portion was the size of one mouthful. She pretty much dug the ice cream out with her barehands as it was too firm and frozen.2. Matcha milk tea. Ever had a sachet matcha and accidentally poured too much water? Yep thats exactly what it taste like. Was served in 30sec after order and witnessed with my very own eye it being poured out pre-made straight from a bottle from the fridge. 3. Matcha crepe – soggy af. The matcha cream between layers is so broken down and slimy; tastes like its been sitting in the fridge for quite some time.4. Matcha cheesecake. This was the lowlight of the visit. Came out frozen (see picture- can still see frost on cake). Does not have the texture of what a cheesecake should have. The colour is purely food dye as there is 0 matcha taste. Pricey af. I feel ripped off. Never again. I want my money back. Yours Sincerely,Honest customers

I would give 0 star if possible. They have no idea about customer service. I ordered coconut milktea and matcha milktea and it was too watered down tastes like someone accidentally dropped a bit of matcha ice cream in water… I was 100% sure that there must be some mistake during the making process since the milk tea had purely no taste. When I calmly explained about the taste and asked the manager to try my milktea , they victimized me as rude and started to shout at me saying go away. Absolutely disgraceful ! I guarantee this place will give you the worst combination of unprofessional staff and clueless taste. Please avoid !

Im a big matcha fan so have been wanting to try this place since it opened. I had a matcha/black sesame swirled soft serve sundae which came with some sweet red bean topping and some mochi (which i probably couldve have done without as both were way too sweet and the mochi was hard – maybe next time ill just stick to the soft serve). The soft serve themselves were nice enough but wouldnt have hurt to have stronger flavours in both. The sundae came in a cup but was swirled in with a hollow in the middle (sad cost cutting there!) which was disappointing coz at $6.80 its not really value for money. I guess i would return to try the other items but only if i had real bad cravings for them. I prefer Oh Matcha! in the city.

What a let down!Greencino Matcha Desset Bar located at Rhodes Waterside shopping centre serves most desserts and beverages with Matcha (Green tea). It is located on the ground floor directly opposite the kids indoor playground. There is a window cake display with some indoor seating available. I love most things Matcha, so when someone told me about this place, it was put on my ‘places to try’ list. After lunch, I had to satisfy my sweet tooth so I ordered a Matcha float, Matcha tiramisu, and rainbow cheesecake. I had to dine in as the tiramisu came in a wooden box.The Matcha float was simply a Matcha drink with ice topped with Matcha ice cream. It was bland as there was a lot of ice. There was some Matcha flavor in the drink. The soft serve on top didn’t have much flavour either. It was disappointing. It was very watered down. The Matcha tiramisu tasted like a cheesecake as it was dense, thick, and creamy. It had some nice flavours, but I could barely taste the Matcha flavor. The cake was also a little firm. The rainbow cheesecake tasted very rubbery. It looked pretty but did not taste like a cheesecake at all. It tasted different. Definitely did not taste fresh at all.Verdict: Vey disappointing. Won’t be back to try anything else on the menu.

My friend I both purchased a sundae (which was 6.50) and it included TWO Toppings. I chose pearls and herbal jelly. And you know what? When we recieved the sundae, it ONLY HAD HERBAL JELLY. When I confronted the girl, SHE KNEW THERE WAS NO PEARLS and DID NOT EVEN ASK ME FOR ANOTHER TOPPING.I was RIPPED OFF and WASNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED WITH AN APOLOGY.The sundae was good, but I should’ve chosen basic ice cream which was 2 dollars cheaper BUT I DIDNT KNOW I WAS GOING TO BE RIPPED OFF.I’m outraged. Poor service. Wouldn’t go againI went today (30.11.18) and an asian girl with fake eyelashes served me.
