I have had food poisoning from this place. Yuk. Bad customer service too. Its hard to find quality pizza places in the burbs.Its one of those places that churns out pizza that is just plain average.
ordered the BBQ chicken pizza..it turned out to be a soggy onion pizza..the base was soggy..it was layered with too much onion not enough chicken or cheese and the cheese was burnt..why are they open?
Best thing about this place is the service, that’s pretty much it. Our host for the night was really welcoming and friendly. Foodwise, the place is a massive let down, I had pumpkin and ricotta ravioli, being on the specials menu I expected top notch dish, so was really disappointed with what I got. Ravioli was cooked ok but the filling wasn’t nice at all, felt like frozen. Sauce was too much and too oily, didn’t really enjoy my dish. My friend had ham & pineapple pizza, was alright not too bad.Sitting areas were nice and warm, but I found the tables too low so was not really comfortable for me.Not a very good experience, maybe only get takeaway pizza next time.
$15 for calamari, was brown and stank – the chips were soggy and uncooked. Pasta was dry, had chewy bits in it and crunch in it. Whatever that was. Pizza was sloppy.Owners look like they are over it and are not bothered about being polite. Its greasy and they have stains all over their clothes.Live in the area but won’t give them another chance. Completely turned off.

We ordered home delivery and waited 1.5 hours for it and when it arrived the topping of 2 of our 4 pizzas was stuck to the lid of the box! When I called to complain the owner told me if I didn’t like it I could go to Pizza Hut! Next time I definitely will as it’s cheaper & much quicker! My favourite restaurant in Sydney!. Have been going to Monte Carlo for years. The food is always amazing and the staff are very friendly. They also do a great banquet menu for groups, which is very reasonably priced. Their pizzas are the best! And the pasta is great too – made fresh 🙂
