This is my type of pizza joint. It’s an old school institution without a fancy swirl topping to be seen.They still have framed pictures on the walls of the new top of the line red Ferrari model from I’m guessing 1992. That’s how you know the owners are Italian right…This is why this place is great because the pizza tastes like a pizza that an Italian guy that owned a red Ferrari in 1992 would like. It doesn’t taste fake like Dominoes, it doesn’t taste like sweet chilli alligator on a gluten free base like Crust, it is old school traditional authentic Italian with that old school unadventurous Aussie vibe.This is the 1992 red Farrari of pizza shops..Fast, Italian and still bloody cool.
