Another one bites the dust! Charcoal chicken used to be one of the best take aways in Rose Bay. Now the chickens are dry and no where as tastie as they used to be. Never again

Go for mango chicken salad….. If I could only recommend one on the menu! The owner knows how to keep customers- good advise & always add extra spoon of whatever u order!

Great salads too. Charcoal Chicken has been a successful formula for yonks. Steadily busy, they make great chook and salads. There’s much to choose from the menu board. And from the salad counter, I think their piece d’ is the Greek Salad – large blocks of fetta, good dark olives and plenty of lettuce, onion and tomato. The hot chips are clearly cooked in fresh oil. Generous servings too, with a smile.What about the chicken? Despite competition moving in down the road, they continue to serve a loyal clientele.
