A new addition to the Cannery and it carries the Cannery tax, so the modest burgers seem pretty expensive. Big problem was the beef quality – not at all overcooked, with impressive pink inside, but still managed to be very dry and chewy with a couple of large pieces of gristle. The burger was light on cheese and sauce, so the flavour was carried by the beetroot relish – which was good.
