Actually I would give 3.5 rating because of the excellent hospitality from the owner & wife. They are always friendly, polite & helpful. Great menu choice & good portion size, although they are not amazing, but its a good place for locals especially there are not many Cantonese food/Hong Kong style restaurants in the area. Their signature dish would have been the Fried crispy pork hock. Good size to share with 3-4 people. Crispy skin but the meat was a tad dry, same with the Crispy chicken Maryland, it was also a bit over cooked. Maybe better stay away from their deep fried food.

I was impressed that the noodles where placed on the top of the container to keep them crispy and not go soggy, what a genius idea! The size of the meal was massive, enough for two! So value for money was a plus. However the beef in black bean was a bit lacking in full flavour and seasoning. Noodles were crispy though.
