Located on ground floor this wonderful store serves deliciously fresh salads and yoghurts and a great range of juices and smoothies. The flavours are great and very tasty. I highly recommend the chickpea and kale salad and the kale Caesar salad! Bossman Joshua is super friendly and will make sure your well looked after.
For a long time at Roselands, like SINCE BEFORE TIME BEGAN which is pretty much when Roselands shopping centre was created, had nothing of relatively healthy options. Fresh Life changed that. Great selection of super fresh salad which admittedly are not all truly healthy but healthier versions of classics like the Caesar salad is made with kale instead of cos lettuce and infinitely more nutrient dense. You can get juices, frappes, smoothies, protein powders added, supplements and superfoods added including the new black which is Aa. My three favourite salads are the Israeli couscous, the red cabbage slaw and the green been which unfortunately I don’t see as often lately. So today I got the Israeli couscous and the red slaw. TASTY!
