Food was healthy and so delicious! We had house cured juniper salmon with grapefruit and avocado on rye and the chicken salad bowl with peanuts and miso sauce. Both of us were rapt. Coffee is great. Service is impeccable – friendly and attentive. The cafe is immaculately clean and the seating is comfortable. It’s a little hard to get a table at peak times but that speaks for the calibre of the cafe.

Great design. Great Coffee. Great food. One MUST go cafe around Chatswood area. New single every month. Best bacon egg roll. House made muffin is amazing.

Came here yesterday for lunch at 1pm. We were asked what we would like to drink and asked for water. It only came after the second waitress asked if we would like anything to drink. Then we ordered lunch which the first waitress took the order. After 5-10 minutes she came back and asked what the second dish was. After a 35 minute wait, we got our food. Guys, complimentary drinks or a discount would have taken away the bitter taste left in our mouths.

This review is relatively delayed since I actually visited Calibrate Coffee, but nonetheless…here goes. This place is simply stunning. It really gives off really cool scandi-esque caf vibes in the heart of Sydney’s North Shore. Which is truly a breath of fresh air for the area. The menu was developed by creative genius behind Hippie Lane, and what I believe to be one of their signature dishes is the prettiest aai bowl you’ll ever see. Coffee is Gabriel coffee and done well by the baristas. It’s a busy little shop, and designed more for on-the-go coffee and takeaway – although there is seating inside and out. Service with the food was a bit slow when I went, but coffee was on point (you can tell by the flatlay pic we couldn’t wait ).

May the good Lord bless you and your family till the end of time for bringing a decent cafe to the miserable backwaters of Roseville. Love the long black and JUST LOOK AT THIS ACAI BOWL:

Wow, knock me over with a feather! Calibrate Coffee is the best thing to happen to Roseville in the history of Roseville! This super slick, adorable cafe is not in the least bit suburban and has a very beautiful fitout with a minimalist, Scandinavian vibe! With whitewashed walls, light coloured timber features and floor, and an accent of brass with the stunning pendant light and the cutlery, it is more like a cafe you would expect to find in Surry Hills or in the laneways of Melbourne. There is also a cool white espresso machine that takes centre stage and could easily win the latest design award anywhere in the world! The coffee is of utmost importance here and is so good you’ll probably grab an extra one to go on the way out. Came for lunch on a Friday and the place was packed with a line out the door; totally understandable! The menu is full of interesting, healthy, wholesome options such as matcha Bircher, Hippy Lane buckwheat coconut loaf, acai bowl w Hippy Lane Rawnola, the avo dish, eggs beni and a ploughman’s board. Enjoyed the best salmon rillette w crme fraiche, fennel, dill and a soft-boiled egg on delicious toasted rye bread. Hot chocolate was delicious too! If I were a local I would be supporting this place to the max to ensure they stay forever! Cute gift shop next door too!
