Best restaurant in the hills district! An absolute must for any function or night out with the family. Beautiful atmosphere and to die for food! Recommend the seafood platter for two, the herbed pizza, crepe brle, Nutella pizza, apple crumble pizza and the granchio!

Absolutely delicious pizza’s and pasta at Barbara’s Italian Rouse Hill. We’ve experience dine in and take away here and they were both great nights. We were luckily able to dine in as they opened as they are always incredibly busy and sometimes have to knock customers back. We ordered the Fettucine Boscaiola and Supreme Pizza on this occasion and we had our food in 10 minutes. The food was absolutely delicious and the Pizza is wood-fired making it even better quality.Takeaway we had the Margarita, Tuscany and Napoletana Pizza’s and the Penne Pollo. All Pizza’s were equally delicious but could have done with a few more toppings or sauce (for example, more mozzarella on the Margarita). The Margarita was simply mozzarella cheese, the Napoletana was anchovies and olives and the Tuscany was prosciutto with truffled mushrooms. The Penne Pollo was full of Pesto and Chicken and was very delicious. We ordered on an incredibly busy night and waited 40 minutes but we didn’t mind as they told us this before we ordered.Overall we have had really great experiences here and I would highly recommend visiting but you must book at least 1 week in advance.
