We came here for Fathers Day dinner. Exceptional service and magnificent food. Definitely a top place in the Hills district! We will be back. Particular mention to the wait staff who worked so hard on a busy evening. And I think it’s important to mention that when we were paying there was this dirty woman trying to steal a discount by abusing the wait staff loudly. She was a disgusting customer but the wait staff handled it in such a professional manner with minimal disruption to the restaurant. Great staff and restaurant.
Have eaten here several times now. And would argue that it is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is plentiful and delicious, the service is great and friendly.
A bit of a fancier Chinese restaurant, catering to Westerners. Clean, comfortable and standard prices. Had the hot and sour soup, spicy! Then the seafood tofu hot pot and duck with crabmeat sauce. Both were delicious and went well with plain rice. Also had tea and price came to $65. Good service, better than typical Chinese restaurant. I would return. afoodfable.com
Worst yum Cha experience ever I cannot get over how disgustingly rude and horrible this place is. Went in with the intention to eat, one trolley of food came over and I was debating whether I wanted something or not and because I didn’t want anything from the cold trolley the lady was unhappy. I had to ask for the trolley with the hot food 4 times and it was still not brought over to me, turned off from eating and decided not to eat. My friend got two dishes and a coke and it ended up being $28. The lady gave me the biggest dirty to my face and smiled in my face then goes to the other workers and starts talking about us, little does she know I can understand. What a joke and a rip off this place is. $28 would’ve been enough for two people at other yum Cha places where tea is also for free. Charged me for tea as well which I did not drink.
Rubbish! I ordered chicken San choy bow it came out cold I politely told them and the owner daughter apparently was very affronted, they took it off reheated it in the microwave and re-served it ! It was was like a rubber boot. The service it ridiculous
Loved my experience here! We ordered the satay chicken and fillet steak with Peking sauce as well as fried rice. This was my first experience of Peking sauce and I absolutely loved it! So rich in flavour and the meat was cooked perfectly. The satay was a little too spicy for my liking but still tasted great. This place is a little pricey however.
Amazing food, but is very expensive for Chinese. Can highly recommend the Mongolian Lamb pancakes and my husband is in love with their Shandong Chicken.
