– THE BEST ACAI BOWL IN SYDNEY, HANDS DOWN! I absolutely adore this place, and I always find myself wanting to come back! Honestly, Ive had my fair share of Acai bowls throughout the years and nothing compares, Im always left disappointed with my watery bow. The bowls are made to perfection with the most beautiful granola Ive had, as well as strawberries, banana and your choice of add on. (I usually order peanut butter as a topping for an extra $1 or so). They could sometimes not be so scarce on the fruit though. The presentation is wonderful, the bowls are swirled to perfection in a thick and creamy consistency. I was almost chocked to find out that these beauties only cost $12 for the generous serve of acai that you receive; I believe that its worth it. Acai bowls can be an upward of $16 depending on where you go! They also sell a few other choices of bowls, however Ive never tried them. The service is decent; not fast nor slow. The location is rather odd but relaxing, as its located on the end of a quite dead end road surrounded by apartment buildings. Its also a great place to pick up your fruit and vegetables as the cafe is connected to a high end grocery store! I love browsing through all the vegan snacks and fresh produce. Their coffee is nice; I always order a soy latte and have nothing to fault. – The only downside would be the customer service as the staff arent always the friendliest and on multiple occasions. Nothing too dramatic but it doesnt hurt to smile sometimes. It also isnt the closest to my home which is a shame as it is a good 45 minute drive through the city. Ill always return though! Best. Acai. Bowls. Ever! Plus the dollop of peanut butter its possibly all my favorite foods in a bowl.Lamb gruyere powerkraut sandwich – moreish slices of lamb and gruyere with tangy sauerkraut and creamy aioli sauce on sourdough (p.s. the sourdough is just dyed for colour, tastes just like regular bread) and a side of schnitzel pumpkin lentil salad. One of my local favorite places!
Came after being said the Best Acai Bowl in Sydney.Tried this at Bondi Road. Quite a long line on the Saturday. For me it was alright, not my best Acai Bowl in Sydney. They use the froyo machine instead of the heavy-duty blender. So the consistency more like a froyo.
aai is amazing. Thick, perfectly blended, and delicious. Toppings are fresh (banana, granola and strawberry) and the PB they use mingles with the aai so well.
Aai bowls take over the world! From a few tables this business has now expanded to an aai Mecca with aai bowls being consumed as far as the eye can see. They also have a great range of raw food treats!
This place is actually a local organic grocery store with a juice/smoothie bar attached. They are always quite busy, and both take-away and eat in is available, at some chairs and tables outside. They have an acai, pitaya and coco blue majik smoothie bowls were served in coconut bowls. The servings were massive and so filling. The toppings they used (granola and cacao nibs) were really nice. Their peanut butter drizzle is also amazing. The acai was so nice and had a soft serve consistency. The pitaya blend was a bit bland and was too icy rather than creamy; it was lacking something. The coco blue majik was very nice but that was also very icy.
