Absolutely superb homemade pastas with intense flavours and pizzas cooked just right – ragu, seafood and their special orrichiette pasta of the day were all amazing. Veal scalppione with lemon was also very tender, everything was in generous portions, there was nothing to fault at all! Also only $1.50pp cakeage and $6 per bottle byo wine. A great value local neighbourhood restaurant with a relaxed casual vibe. Great place for a night out with friends!
Standard Italian fare but done very well with no fuss. Great place for family dinners and always have good specials. Staff are friendly and helpful, also they open early which helps.
I personally prefer wood-fired oven because it makes pizza more soft. But the ingredients and the taste are excellent. If you like crunchy pizza this is the perfect place for you.The staff is nice and there is a comfortable atmosphere.
What a beautiful gem tucked away in quiet little pocket of Rozelle. Fortunately for my family and I, we are just a short stroll away from what I consider the best restaurant in Rozelle. The food is faultless. I have tried almost every item on the menu and cannot say I have had a average meal here. All dishes are well above average and the specials always keep it interesting. The capricciosa pizza is my absolute favourite item on the menu with the carbonara a close second. The pizzas are the best in the peninsula. Ingredients are high quality and the bases are done to perfection in the woodfire oven. The service is outstanding. Friendly, warm and so welcoming particularly by the head waitress who clearly comes across as loving her job and is a favourite amongst all us locals. I always look forward to coming back here with my family.
Yummy ! Had delivery through Menulog Ravioli pasta delicious!!! I think I need to go eat at the restaurant!! Pizza nice – loved the capriosca.Salami could be a little bit spicer 🙂 will try again though !
Best Italian place i’ve ever been. Friendly staff, amazing food with a decent price.Had 2 pizzas, 1 pasta and two greens.- eggplant, artichoke and olive pizza- pumpkin, ricotta and prosciutto pizza- ragu pappardelle- broccolini and beansLove the crispiness of the pizza crust and u can tell the freshness. The sauce of the ragu pappardelle was so rich and creamy but not overwhelming. Definitely will come back!
