Kazbah is known for mixing traditional Middle Eastern, Turkish, Mediterranean and Moroccan/North African dishes with French haute cuisine techniques. Head Chef Quim Hernandez Maluquer will also bring a Spanish and Catalan influence, having worked alongside Michelin star chefs at some of Barcelona's best restaurants, including El Bulli.
