I would normally give this close to a 4. We had burgers. They were great. Nice, judo, good meat, good size and good service. Problem: The Burgers come rare. We love that but its certainly not the norm. My mate didnt order rare and didnt expect it. When he got his burger very red, he sent it back in the nicest way. When the replacement came out, it was possibly even rarer. The front staff were great and friendly but the chef 5m behind them just shrugged, made a face and didnt take responsibility or apologise. If you send something back as too rare and ask for a well done replacement, you surely want to be sure that the next one is well done, wouldnt you. I love rare/careers of the moo cow state beef when its good but if you cant get the return and reorder right, its down to the chef. In the end, the rating is for the guy getting it wrong twice and not facing up to the customer in front of them. We are not in a fancy restaurant where the front of house staff cover for the egomaniacal chef; we are in a small hotel where the cashier is separated from the chef by 3 m. Own it! You can make decent food and you can admit to eff-ups as well. Your ego will allow it because we are not at Home in Copenhagen.

High end pub food…. … in a down to earth pub atmosphere. I’d definitely go back.
Nice food, relaxed atmosphere. The selection of entrees is great, fun spin on pub food. Great wings, wedges and mac ‘n’ cheese balls. Plus, the cider on tap goes for a good price.
