Thanks to Cedrus for hosting such a epic feast on a beautiful day. Featuring the haloumi and tomato stack is any Mediterranean meal really complete without a plate of these ? Swipe across to see a few of the amazing cold mezza dishes we enjoyed! Hummus BabagjanoujLabneTabouliFatoushKebbe nayyehVine leavesThe staff were extremely helpful and so lovely! Every dish that came out was delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant. We loved all the main dishes from the fish, haloumi stack, lamb, lemon garlic chicken, prawns and fried whiting.
Came here with a bunch of other foodies and we had a set menu to share. It is set in a nice location and since it was a lovely day out, we had a nice table outside with a view to the park across the road. To begin we started of with some cold mezza which included a trio of dips (hummus, babaghanouj, labne). All were delicious but especially enjoyed the hummus. Tabouli and Fatoush salads were next and they were fresh and had zingy flavours. Vines Leaves were delicious but had to make sure not to eat too much now as a bunch of more delicious food was on its way. Hot Mezza of Haloumi Stack, Ladies Fingers, and Falafel were in store for us. The cheesy dishes were moreish and the falafel were crisp on the outside and wonderful green flavoursome centre. Dish after dish came out for the main courses. Favourites were the Lemon Garlic Chicken. The Chicken pieces were tender. The sauce was so good I couldve devoured it with the rice on the plate. Lamb was a shank and very tender. Finished off with some awesome Lebanese coffee and a dessert platter of Baklava, Turkish Delight, and Rice Pudding. The perfect sweet treats to end the meal with.Overall a wonderful meal and company!
5 out of 5 for this restaurant. This has been the go to restaurant for any occasion. Christenings, Birthdays, Gender reveals, Christmas parties and anything else under the sun! The food here is authentic and full of flavour. Absolutely mouth watering! There has never been a bad time we experienced here, hence the reason why I will always be a returning customer. There banquets have a big range of dishes that are served and are topped up (salads and dips) throughout your stay. They do include Lebanese coffee and sweets which are also very nice. Inside and outside seating are great depending on your preference, I personally like the courtyard seating for warmer weathers and inside seating near the windows for bigger group bookings/ functions. Staff are friendly and very alert, they keep a close watch on your table for empty plates and always ask if you want anything else. Absolutely love this place!!
