Cute Italian spot in the heart of Seaforth shops with deliciously thin gluten free pizza base. I love the spiciness of the pepperoni pizza. As it is quite a small restaurant, I have always had the pizza delivered or taken it home. Being right next to the main road, it doesn’t seem like a great spot to dine in but it’s usually pretty busy.
What is not to love about this relaxed cafe in sunny Seaforth! Roma Cinquecento has a light breakfast menu, but gets heartier as the day goes on. Tried the Italian scrambled eggs w pancetta, basil and parmesan and a side of avocado for breakfast. Delicious! Good coffee too! There is a tempting variety of handmade pizzas and salads on offer during the day. They reopen again with the pizza menu at 5pm for dinner. Eat in, takeaway or home delivery! Locals love Roma for their gelato, pizza and true Italian hospitality. Try it….. you’ll like it!
Coffee here is quite nice but I know they were renowned for their gelato so I must be back to check out and review. The coffee was a tad bitter but nutty but string (which I like).
