They have changed management/ownership recently and I will not be going back again. Their serving sizes have reduced significantly, their quality has nosedived and the friendly customer service that once greeted you has vanished. In a family meal you used to get 2 containers of pickles – one pink, one green. Now they use smaller containers and give you a mix of pink and green, so you’re getting less than half the original serving. They have reduced the serving sizes of their chips as well, and they were practically inedible – overcooked, terrible quality and smothered in chicken salt to mask the terrible flavour of whatever cheap and nasty oil they are using to cook it in. It is such a shame because this place used to be great value, delicious food and it was a joy to go in and chat with the friendly staff. It always used to be full, but now I hardly see customers in there. Unfortunately, it probably won’t survive much longer if they don’t lift their game significantly, and soon.

Worst Charcoal Chicken place i have ever been to…..the new management is disgusting, their attitude, the quality of the food they make and their willingness to argue that the food is good, even going as far as saying they are better than El Jannah. ‘Al Shawi’ Chicken is dirty, rubbery and inedible…chips are soggy and leave a weird film on the top of your mouth…pickles were soooo limp and soft not crunchy at all. Never dine here…..old owners made the best food, now, its all disgusting.

This place is ok if you need a charcoal chicken hit but lost its appeal once el jannah opened up in Blacktown. The garlic sauce is not as tasty as el jannahs and the service here is not particularly friendly. sarahtrad.com

Great food, became a favourite with my work team for Friday lunches. Love the chicken, dips and fresh tabouli. Service is good, efficient and helpful.

If this is the place at seven hills shops there Lebanese chicken is good stuff! I usually get the chicken roll and me and my workmates prefer this to the Blacktown El JannahReasonable prices, sometimes feels it takes a bit long but that’s the negative I can say, recommended
