  Such a great dining experience! Was welcomed by kind staff and was impressed with the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant, very warm and inviting. The food was absolutely incredible, he pad Thai with beef was the best Thai meal I have ever eaten, fresh ingredients, so tasty and well prepared. Was pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant and it has become a favourite of my families, can’t wait to visit again next time I’m in Shellharbour!

  UNDERCOOKED SEAFOOD. The manager had a rude and childish attitude. We ordered the prawn dish and we were served with 4 UNDERCOOKED prawns (the dish only had 4 miserable prawns and they couldnt get it right). We requested for them to review the situation and her response was this is how we cook it, you just have to eat it and stormed off. This totally ruined our meal as it very disappointing to hear such a respond. I requested for her and she passed our table with a cold shoulder. I walked to her with the hopes of asking her to revisit the situation as the prawns were translucent and we couldnt cut through them. She asked me to speak to the chef in the kitchen, so I walked in, then he asked me what do I want and turned a cold shoulder as well. She chased me out of the kitchen and said I was creating a problem and wanted to call the police I was sincerely hoping she will, someone has to knock some sense into her. She gave us the bill and of course charged us the full amount. As we had visitors from overseas, I did not want to make a bigger fuss out of it this was such a bad representation of the Australian way. I will definitely take this to the Office of Fair Trading and NEVER again will I visit them.
