We had eaten at the Bateman’s Bay Kohli’s and really enjoyed the food. This was our second visit and I do really recommed calling and checking with them if they are open during dinner hour’s. They do advertise they are open till late just unsure what their late is. The food itself was great we had the palak paneer which is cottage cheese cooked in a spinach sauce. We also had the vegetable biryani which was really flavoursome. The staff was a bit weird not rude but just not really bothered, they were more concerned with packing up for the night at 8.30 on a Fri evening. Overall great food but an ok ambiance and would really recommed calling them and booking a table.
The best Indian restaurant in Nowra! Perfectly spiced and each dish is authentic and delicious. We prefer taking away than sitting in the restaurant, as sometimes the service can be lacking. Can’t go past the wonderful food though!
Had a bulk order and Kohlis were happy to deliver to the hospital situated in Nowra. Jasleen was very fast and easy to communicate with. She and her team even labelled each take away with our names for ease of identifying who’s was what. The lunch special was great as always! Thank you Kohlis for being super awesome 🙂
This place has been awarded the best Indian restaurants in regional Australia and it surely lives upto its title! Its one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to in Australia. The place has a bustling vibe with tastefully carved decor and soft soothing music. Their food is delectable, authentic, money friendly and reminds one of home. I’ve had one of the best butter chicken in my life here with its rich creamy tomato based gravy and delicately spiced chicken. Their entree of Prawn lababdar and Lucknowi Seekh Kebab were both delicious, simple and delightful. Their gulab jamun is to die for! Highly recommended!
