Authentic wood fired pizza is always a favourite with my family and Tuscany does it right! The restaurant has a great ambience and the service is always flawless. They cater to dietary requirements and it’s always a joy!
My thoughts on italian restaurants is that portion is usually small and there’s nothing too interesting (pizza pasta etc.)This place really wowed me! We got the scallop mornay as entree. The scallops are juicy, succulent and cheesy, perfect to share! We got al pucino (bolognaise + cream) gnocchi and a calzone. The plate of gnocchi is huge, it’s flavourful and cooked to perfection. Calzone was cheesy, maybe a bit too much, but it was enjoyable if youre starving. But it’s smokey and oozy. Very happy with the service and speed of food. We hope to come back if we travel down south again.
