Very Good Italian. The restaurant is part of the Mid City Motor Inn complex in Singleton. The restaurant looked cozy and inviting but I was own driving down on my own from Brisbane to Sydney and did not feel like dressing more smartly, so chose to eat in my motel room. The friendly receptionist offered me a choice of any meal from the menu (room service menu appeared to have a more restricted listing). Ordered the Chilli / Cheese Garlic Bread as a starter, entree was pork belly and main was Chicken and Fettuccine in a chilli cream sauce. All three dishes were very nice and contained quality ingredients. Decent wine / drinks listing too. I enjoyed my meals.Restaurant was pretty full when I went through, so I would suggest booking a table if more than a couple of persons in your group.
