Pleasant surprise. We turned up out of season as a group of 12 and they accommodated us very well. With one chef and another running the restaurant the service was quite seamless. While the acknowledged the fact that they had limited beers and wines available you could understand their situation as there are hardly any people around at this time of year. The same went for the main courses. The had only a limited number of each of the mains. The menu is rather small – only 4 mains to choose from. Our group ordered without issues and the food was great. Eye fillet looked amazing with the spring onion sauce. The pork chop was incredible – i would have this if i returned. The chicken did the job and the mushroom tart tasted good but was a little small at $28. Overall a good experience in a cosy little place. Would be full in winter i reckon!
