Family owned small restaurant in St Ives for some time. Does have local regulars and always get friendly service. In terms of food, it is standard Japanese menu and average quality.

Very disappointing. I ordered Takoyaki for dinner that was just warm, most likely microwaved. I also ordered 2 hand rolls (salmon and tempura prawn) the rice was not fresh nor hot, and the prawn and salmon were just hanging off the hand roll, the prawn was also just warm. I was the only one having a meal for dinner and yet they couldn’t afford to make me a fresh Takoyaki and sushi! This should be a take away sushi shop NOT a restaurant. I will not come back.
Good no nonsense value for money, a popular choice for teenage daughters. Heat and noise of staff and patrons add to experience! Give it a try.
