We arrived at 6pm and only got 2 out of 5 dishes at 7.11pm. I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you want to wait. Quality of food was not that great also.
Xi Yan offers yumcha during the day and is a seafood restaurant by night. I come here quite often for the yumcha as there is little wait time and there are no issues with parking. Last night I got to try the dinner options. So cheap. $62 pp for a eight course banquet. Would come back! We also had Peking duck, sweet and sour pork, San chow bow etc (not pictured)

Seafood sale prices are available everyday except Saturday, and the restaurant is closed on Mondays.Some of the staff are not so friendly and will pressure you to order more food if you are only ordering the cheap mud crab. Ask for Brian if you want great customer service!
