This is exactly how fish n’ chips was in the old days – hake with a thin and crispy but oily batter, slightly chewy calamari with a chunky batter, and slightly undercooked chips. The prices are pretty much in line with the medium quality and the large streetside dining area puts it over the line to make it one of the better suburban places.
