Service was amazing, the staff were extra friendly. We were acknowledged and seated as soon as we entered the restaurant. They were conversing with us and making friendly jokes about how it was our chicken day. This made our dining experience quite pleasant. The chicken was flavourful and the longer the soup simmered over the burner the better it tasted. Would definitely recommend the place. Its quite casual and the service is fast, the waitress even cut the whole chicken in our soup for us which made it easier for to serve. $105 Minimum Spend for a group of 4

Came here for a late dinner with a group of 5. Love how they’re open till 11:30pm. Friendly staff, good vibes and good portion sizes. A little cramped for space though.Pic 1. Boneless fried chicken with sweet sauce (a bit on the sweet side but very crispy)Pic 2. Crispy fried chicken with garlic soy sauce (my favourite of the 2)Pic 3. Seafood pancake $20 (off the menu)Food came with 6 side dishes: tofu, kimchi, pickled radish, pickled onions, shredded cabbage and seasoned cucumber.Overall a decent place to satisfy your fried chicken cravings.

Lured by their Volcano KFC, we are all game for a punchier version of our favorite snacks. We ordered mostly the spicy dishes. Spicy whole calamari, giblets and Volcano chicken, cheese and spicy KFC. Also to cool it down we ordered the glutinous rice and frothy tofu. The food came reasonably quick and they don’t disappoint. The owner have us a metal jug to mix the alcohol. We are all very pleased with the experience. The cheese spicy KFC and the Volcano is the highlight of the day for us.

Came here on a hot summers day,we were seated next to the window,I wish there was more a/c! But it wasn’t hot inside either We orders the set menu, which includes fried chicken (not bad,but fried food always taste good right!) bbq chicken which isn’t what the photo was but rather hot plate sizzling teriyaki chicken with onions which is a nice touch (I liked this more than other places) and then we had to choose two,one was chicken soup which had a nice fresh garlic taste to it and the rice balls with dried seaweed which is like a deconstructed sushi roll. It had tuna in it and you yourself have to roll it into a ball, something different but this was a nice suprised! Enjoyed this a lot It was a lot of food so prices are reasonable Food came out pretty fast also Pleasantly suprised

There are many eateries at Strathfield which serve up the same dishes as those in Cokco, for this reason many say that Cokco isnt that great in comparison to other places, i decided to find out for myself however. We opted some spicy buckwheat noodles alongside a set menu which allowed you to choose what you wanted from a variety of foods, we opted for: – egg soup- grilled chicken – spicy chicken spare ribs and,- crispy fried chicken The buckwheat noodles were pretty below average and not that great compared to the ones served at Hanyang Galbi, which is only two shops up from Cokco. Side dishes were very simple and kinda boring, everything else was really delicious though. I really liked how spicy the chicken spare ribs where (dont eat these if you cant tolerate chilli, theyre really hot) and the fried chicken and a delicious smoky taste to it which we really enjoyed despite other places making it much better. I cant go past mentioning its prices too, which were really cheap. The bill totalled to about $64 for 2 people and we were given a lot of food. Had we ordered the same amount of food elsewhere we’re sure we would have paid much more. The price alone is good enough to make me want to come back anf eat here again. The only thing i was disappointed with from Cokco was that they didnt offer Coke Zero, which is the only Coke beverage i can drink. Other than that, i cant rely say this place has any fault.

Worst taste and service Korean restaurant I have ever been. To make it easy let’s do it in dot points:1. Ordered a $45 combo with fried chicken, told the boss (I assume the mid age man starding at the counter is the boss?) I want a bottle of water and never came. 2. Haven’t offered any kimchi unless I asked. 3. Shxt face waitress totally ignore me when I try to ask for water again.4. The food taste terrible, I never ever had a fried chicken with NO taste, I mean no salt, no MSG, no dressing, no pepper, NOTHING but a deep fried coat.5. The overall atmosphere is just horrible, I feel like I have been ripped off completely and when I am writing this review, there are 5 tables with customers and they are having their staff dinner in the middle of the restaurant, what an experience! Oh yes, the water finally came when I ask for my bill!
