The new owner is good. Good foods, clean and friendly. Love Pho beef noodle soup, roll, Vietnamese pancakes but burgers are also amazing. I will try their pork chops and roasted pork belly next time
The Lush bar offers a wide spectrum of Vietnamese food alongside various burgers and wraps to choose from. Its great to see the diverse culture of asian and western cuisine. The food looks and tastes amazing and the portion size is more than enough, i would absolutely recommend going to The Lush bar for anyone who is hesitant, or for anyone who genuinely just wants to try new food!
This restaurant is absolutely amazing. Their new owner is so nice and the food feels so welcoming. I’m pretty sure the new owner took over the business a couple months ago, at around January. The pho there is definitely my favorite. The Vietnamese food surprised me, as before it only had fast foods like burgers, but now it also has a range of foods from Vietnamese culture. The burgers have also improved and are very delicious. The restaurant also got a renovation and feels very comfortable to be at. The owner and employees are all really nice and provide good service. I’ve been going here more and more often, and it just keeps me satisfied. The coffee is very nice and warm, especially for winter. I recommend everyone to go to Lush Food Bar.
The steak sandwich was absolute gun, the portion size is massive so make sure you hit the gym or go for a run before you head over. The service was good, friendly people.
I have been getting food and coffee from this place for years! However, the new owner Karim has ruined the place. It is not only over priced, but his negative attitude to his customers and employees is appalling, disrespectful and awkward. He feels he has the right to comment on a woman’s body and tell her she needs to lose weight. I put up with this for months. He felt he could take it upon himself to alter my food and beverage order to suit his opinion that I needed to lose weight. He did such things as not put sugar in my coffee even though I requested it, commented on the food I was ordering and saying ‘this salad is good for weight loss – you should go to the gym’ etc, etc. My body and personal life is NONE of his business! He is rude to his female employees and is a sexist, chauvinistic person who calls himself a man. The food is inedible and often has made me ill. I will never spend my money at one of this ‘mans’ establishments and I advise all women, if they have any respect for our gender, which Karim does not, to not ever go to this cafe. He disgusts me and certainly this cafe leaves a bad taste in ones mouth! NO ‘man’ has the right to comment on a woman’s body and has NO right to treat a woman the way Karim has treated me and I was only a customer, I hate to think how he speaks to and treats people he knows intimately.
Had the super model burger (I think), the soft bun reminds me of the shake shack burger I had in New York. The chips were only average though.
Salads are great, a bit on the more expensive side however it is worth the quality. Chicken pesto pasta must be a recommendation and staff are nice. Coffee tastes quite average but its good sizing for the price.
