Came here for an event. Excellent service, perfectly cooked food, great location. For mains I had the Eye Fillet steak which was beautifully cooked and enjoyed every bite running the piece of grilled heaven through that red wine jus!!! The other main they had was a salmon and from what I could tell – that crispy cooked skin which was had by the people on either side of me made it look quite tempting and I almost asked to swap. For dessert I had the creme brulee with raspberry coulis, nice end note. The L-shaped function space was a little awkward to navigate, but screens everywhere ensured everyone knew what was going on during the sports presentations. But there was just something unnerving about being in a room of about 200 people where you couldnt see half the room hahaha thenextrushmagazine.com

Mediocre brekky. Had breakfast here as part of a short stay at the Rydges. Food was barely warm and mushrooms and veggies were undercooked. No decaf coffee on the coffee machines or in satchets even. Standard low quality buffet breakfast fare.

Shannon. Was the staff member that served out table of 4 guys. We went on a business trip. I would like to say service was incredible. Tbones cooked to perfection. Never had an empty glass or a dirty plater left on the table. My entre squid was tender and mouth watering. The red wine (jus) was spectacular. Just enough to give flavor but not to much to take away the taste of the sensational tbone.
