This restaurant has a one hat from Goodfood and for Goodreason! We walked in at 6.30 on a Monday night and happily got a table straight away without a booking. The ambience is low key, low light and very lovely.The staff are fast and efficient, there are plenty of them and it’s very easy to get their attention when required.We had the $20 pasta e vino special and it was excellent. The pasta was cooked perfectly how I like it al dente and the sauce was rich but used sparingly just how it should be. We had a caprese salad too – if there was a tiny negative from my hubby it would be not enough tomato slices or crisps for the amount of cheese but for me no problem as I love buffalo mozzarella. We had a white and a red with the meal deal and both were of a great standard.Also had the nougat semifreddo for dessert – beautifully creamy ice cream and punchy fresh peaches.This is a beautiful little place and we would return in a heartbeat next time we visit Sydney. Definitely recommend a visit.
