Ive been wanting to get to Chur Burger for a little while after reading so much about it so I found the opportunity on a quiet Saturday. I got there just before midday but it was already pretty busy. I couldnt make up my mind so asked for a recommendation. The guy at the counter strongly recommended the unbrielievable with bacon so I went for that.It took a little while which I didnt mind. First impressions were I just expected bigger. It isnt a big burger. Also, the meat pattie was about half the diameter of the bun which I found a bit odd. Within a couple of minutes, the brie had melted almost completely leaving not much but the rind of the cheese. I expect that is probably intentional? The top half of the bun was beautiful and soft. The bottom had a pretty firm base to it.Overall, it was a decent burger but I did not think there was anything that special to it.Id rate it 3.5 so rounding up gives it a 4.

Chur Burger is definitely a worthy burger joint that all burger lovers must visit! They have a great selection of burgers to choose from and nice interior decorations.The Spicy AF Chicken burger was really delicious and full of flavour! Its also really filling, I highly recommend this. The Potato Fries and Sweet Potato Fries can easily be shared between four friends. I really enjoyed the Sweet Potato Fries! My friends all loved their burgers and we would definitely visit again!
Been so long heard their reputation as one of the best burger in Sydney, finally get a chance to try this out in food festival today in Hyde Park. Had Pepper Pig ($17) its a burger with salt&pepper crispy pork belly, slaw, and pork floss. Pork belly was thick and crunchy, overall good. Unfortunately they only sell 3 menus in this festival dont have many options to pick it up.
