Keg and Brew sort of is a classic pub with lots of beer options and really good pub food – and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that!. Food and drinks here are pretty cheap, so no complaints at all. The decor is very ‘hunter’ style, so if you find fake deer heads mounted on the wall offensive, I would steer clear of this place. The interiors are very warm and cozy and honestly makes me think it is a bit of a ‘watering hole’ for anyone near by. Service was overall friendly, and the food we ordered came to us quickly too. Empty glasses were taken from us quickly too, which I appreciated! You otherwise end up with a table filled with glasses and no actual drinks. The cheesy chilli fries we ordered were delicious! Loaded with tonnes of beans, cheese, sour cream, and just plain goodness. The size was pretty large as well for the price – definitely worth it and perfect for sharing. I enjoyed my cider, on tap, and beer selection here is pretty great too. Definitely plan on heading back! theminiaturelife.com
