Lucky Pickle has the bestTonkatsu chicken sandwich ($10). The sauce, chicken and salad fit well together and is quite filling. The cafe has a nice ambience and would definitely recommend.

Heard a lot about this place so dropped in for a quick bite. Grabbed the salad and chicken katsu. Delicious. Really crunchy katsu, though it was flattened out rather thinly. The salad was delicious, fresh and healthy. Loved it. Definitely returning for their katsu roll which I believe is their specialty. The coffee was pretty good too. Little Marionette beans.

Pretty decent quality sandwich on crusty baguette bread. It’s a filling lunch, the shop is small so there’s hardly any seating and most seem to come and get on to take away. By 2pm they had sold out of their pork belly sandwich which seems to be the most popular, pork Katsu sandwich was very good. Crunchy battered pork atop a bed of cabbage sesame seeds and a light tonkatsu sauce.

Best Tonkatsu Chicken Sandwich ever! The tonkatsu sauce pairs amazingly well with the chicken and the salad provides a nice, fresh crunch. The chicken is still crispy and not refrigerator cold which is a plus. The bread has a Banh Mi taste and is super soft! Only negative would be the location as it is a bit inconvenient.
