Nomad is a bustling place. I went after work on a Friday night for the 615-8pm dinner sitting. The atmosphere was energetic. The food was lovely but the mains off the grill took about 2 hrs to come to us ie. we were told it would take 45min from order to arrival. We got our mains at 755pm and then stayed past the allocated time so we could eat it. They were good enough to not kick us out while we were eating, but quick to move us out as soon as we looked like we were finishing. The experience was really good leading up to checking on, waiting on and finishing our grill mains. We had to skull our wines to hand over the table. Nomad has good food and wine and atmosphere – but i would pick a less busy time to go.

This is an amazing place to experience the flavour of the food . It’s bombastic . Mordern industrial interior friendly helpful staff . Fresh local and seasonal produce . Flavourful food. It’s an arthouse of food. Got to sit near the kitchen to see how the dish was being made . Hats of to their perfection I saw them discard 3 yolks because they weren’t just right for a dish where you wouldn’t even see it outright . They cooked and served everything with perfection. I orderef brisket , tartar and trout . All different in their preparation and presentation all are mouthwatering. I will surely be going back to try rest of the menu as everything is distinct and I am sure equally delightful. Sadly my photographs don’t do justice to the amazing food

Loved Nomad. I loved every dish – the octopus was just average (I liked the tomato and chorizo more than the octopus itself). Standouts were the kingfish ceviche and ice cream sandwich dessert. I had the Singapore cocktail – super strong and would be on par with a Long Island in terms of taste
