One of my favorite Japanese food in Sydney. This is one of the authentic Japanese restaurant that is owned and operated by Japanese. They also have a very reasonably priced lunch menu, but the abundant servings mean that sometimes you are able to share it with another person and walk out with a completely full belly. Their salmon sushi is one of the best around, the salmon literally melts in your mouth. My favorite combination is sushi (you can ask for an all salmon sushi for $2 extra) and teriyaki beef. Sometimes I get the sushi and tempura combo too. Their food is really delicious and if only I still work around the Surry Hills area, I would go here all the time. marcsmellow.com
