Come for the wine, stay for food that will truly shine.The Bishop’s ambience, reminiscent of nights wandering the streets of Paris, a buzz in the air and a wonderful atmosphere.It is rare for me these days to genuinely be excited about dishes we order, it is even rarer for me, to have no critiques on how the dish is put together.Yet, I experienced both at the Bishop, along with unique wines to compliment the meal.I would highly recommend for a finer dining experience, in a more casual, relaxed setting, at a very reasonable price.Keep doing what you are doing. It is palate perfection.
