An interesting meal at Zushi but overall while there’s nothing really to fault on tasty there’s nothing really to praise either…Our biggest criticism is the Sashimi Omakase….Salmon, Tuna, Kingfish, Scallop and Sea Bream. Sure as a Sashimi platter we can overlook it but calling it Omakase and giving us generic offerings is sorta a violation of that ethos…we’d expect like at least 8 varieties…how about oysters? how about squid? how about at least different cuts? We literally couldn’t believe there was only four types of fish there in the kitchen that night….As the original restaurant we’d expect much better but hey guess there’s no hats here for a reason….
