Came here during the Tony Robbins weekend. Ordered the grilled chicken banh mi which was decent but the service is pretty atrocious, took 30 mins to make the roll and then we had ordered 2 drinks a watermelon juice and viet iced coffee. They had no one manning the drink stations and staff were confused having to deal with an influx if disgruntled customers.
This place is great for a quick dinner. The fish sauce dressing for the vermicelli salad is delicious here! The staff were very friendly and attentive 🙂
Omg best pho ever! Usually the Vietnamese places I have been to have pho are usually bland and I have to put so much sauce to give it flavour. But the broth for the pho here is amazing!
My noodle salad was ordinary and took 20 minutes even though I was the only person in the cafe. The attitude of the staff was dismissive when I asked where my food was. I do not recommended this place.
Delicious and fresh, the way vietnamese food should be! The Chicken noodle soup was awesome, it’s definitely worth coming back just for that. I’ll be coming back more often to try other things.
Dreadful service and shabby restaurant. Toilet was in a storage room with no paper towels. We ordered entrees, 4 mains and rice. Three mains arrived with rice. The waiter said he didn’t have our entree order. We watched him write it down. When finished our fourth course arrived. All very ordinary food with same boring side salad on each.Eating a sandwich now after the show as still hungry. Not recommended.
The vietnamese food here is different to the typical pho menu and offers a more tapas style menu which seems to be trending in sydney. Personally this place is quite quiet most nights and this is because theres nothing really outstanding here. Especially if you’re Vietnamese I think most foods dont taste too authentic… and its almost the act of selling to the unknown a close enough Vietnamese product. The price is a bit high as well and this type of food requires people to eat a lot to get full as its mainly vegetables and light tapas. The layout is quite clean and I like their colour scheme of white and green… the location has plenty of parking as it’s a bit further away from the other restaurants on the other side of Sydney Olympic Park station. The service is friendly but the food is slow to come out.
